Fernando García de Luca / Partner Mexico

Fernando is a Lawyer from the Universidad Panamericana and has a Master's Degree in Tax Law from the same university, he has studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder and a communications course at Collegium Superiorum Studiorum Christi Legionis (Rome, Italy).

His areas of specialization are in corporate and business, mergers and acquisitions and private clients and family businesses.

Since 1998 he has been a partner of García Velasco and García De Luca, S.C.

Before founding the firm, he worked in the offices of the renowned firm LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP, in New York and London.

Likewise, he was a Foreign Associate in the Stock and Corporate Area in the New York offices of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.

He has been a professor of Masters in several opportunities.

Firm specialized in the development of infrastructure and energy projects with more than 30 years of professional experience in strategic and financial operation and evaluation of public and private investment projects. As well as in the implementation of disincorporation strategies, opening to private investment and institutional arrangement of the industrial organization in the energy sector.
